Packer, Sealer and helper-

1. Prepare finished goods for packaging and shipping.

2. Verifying that the items to be packed are present before securely wrapping them according to company standards or requirements, and then loading the goods onto pallets ready for shipping.

 

Supervisor-

1. Responsible for all packing and dispatching activities.

2. Ensure that finished goods are packed and shipped on time and in accordance with quality standards.

3. Ensuring that vehicles and drivers adhere to legal requirements.

4. Plan and track incoming and outgoing deliveries.

5. Create packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents for customers.

6. Improve internal or external logistics systems or processes by planning and implementing improvements.

7. Analyze and determine all packing standards, and ensure compliance.

8. Maintaining accurate records for all packing materials.
